My name is Shelby Matson, and I am your personal guide to real estate across the Boise–Treasure Valley and beyond. Prior to real estate, I spent 23 years with Kaiser, spending the final portion of my career in the Radiology Department. During that time, I developed strong communication skills, leadership, and a genuine dedication to helping others—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction to guide my clients with care, clarity, and confidence.

I have been married to my amazing husband, Marshall, for almost 22 years, and we are blessed with three children and two dogs. Having personally relocated from out of state, I deeply understand the emotional and logistical sides of moving. Whether you are relocating across town or across the country, I know what it takes to make your transition smooth and successful.

When I’m not serving my clients, you’ll often find me spending time with my husband and our two labs, or paddleboarding on one of Idaho’s beautiful lakes.
