Hi, I’m Jordan Heiner! I’m a REALTOR® with Idaho Life Real Estate, serving Boise, Meridian, and the surrounding Treasure Valley.

Before real estate, I spent seven years working in insurance, where I built my career around working with people and helping them navigate decisions that weren’t always simple. I later moved into real estate operations and transaction coordination, which gave me the chance to learn the business from behind the scenes before becoming an agent myself.

That experience taught me just how much happens between getting an offer accepted and actually making it to the closing table. I’m naturally a details person. I like knowing what’s happening, what comes next, and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. But I’m also a people person, and that’s ultimately what drew me to becoming an agent.

Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and I want my clients to have someone they’re comfortable calling, texting, asking questions, and being completely real with throughout the process. I’ll tell you what I know, explain what you can expect, and if I don’t know the answer, I’ll find it.

Idaho has been home for most of my life. I moved here from California in 2005 and have lived in the Treasure Valley since 2017. I’ve watched this area change a lot over the years, and I love that there’s still something for just about everyone here.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom, and my family is a huge part of my life. I love traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, cooking, fashion and beauty, interior design, and finding any excuse to make a space look better than it did before.

For me, real estate is personal. I don’t want my clients to ever feel like they’re just another transaction on my calendar. I want to know what you’re looking for, why you’re making the move, what matters to you, and what you’re nervous or excited about. Then we figure it out together.
