When I'm not helping clients, I spend much of my free time watching my kiddos do what they love. I'm often enjoying ball games or attending dance competitions. My husband and I have been happily married for 22 years, and we love exploring Idaho's great outdoors together. Whether it's hiking, camping, or simply soaking in the natural beauty, we cherish these moments.

Ashley Meucci is a dedicated real estate agent serving the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas, bringing more than a year of residential sales experience backed by 16 years in property management. This unique background gives her a well-rounded, practical understanding of real estate—from rentals and operations to long-term ownership and wealth building.

A Boise native and Capital High School graduate, Ashley brings a genuine local perspective to her work. She also spent 6.5 years living in Costa Rica, where she developed valuable insight into international relocation and immigration. As a dual citizen, she offers a unique understanding of moving both within the United States and across borders. After navigating the immigration process abroad, Ashley returned to Idaho with her family and assisted them through the U.S. system—an experience that strengthened her ability to guide clients through complex transitions with clarity and care.  

Raised in a family of renters, Ashley’s path into real estate reshaped her understanding of stability and opportunity. Witnessing the long-term benefits of ownership firsthand inspired her commitment to being a homeownership advocate, helping individuals and families recognize the possibilities real estate can create.  

Ashley is actively engaged in the Treasure Valley community, having volunteered at numerous local events and developed a strong appreciation for the role of small businesses in building vibrant neighborhoods. Carolynne Johnston is an absolutely personable and caring individual who surrounds herself with like-minded people that have assisted her in developing her support team. As a Dental Assistant with 31 years of experience, Carolynne built a successful career focused on patient care, attention to detail, and providing expert dental care. In the summer of 2023 Carolynne found her love for the great state of Idaho and with her husband they decided to call Meridian their forever home.

With Carolynne’s new changes in scenery she decided that she would finally pursue her dream of helping others develop their lives through the purchase of their new home here in the beautiful state of Idaho. Exemplifying her love of positive change and caring nature through every interaction with her new and old clients alike.
